The Educational field is understaffed and overburdened. Our educators are faced with long hours, lack of training/ support and feelings of unappreciation. Our educators, especially our directors are expected to do so much with so little time.

Educational Directors are expected to wear many hats, especially with our teacher shortage. Educational Directors are running around the school putting out many fires while their “to-do” list continues to pile up with no end in sight.

We strive to help relieve these burdens by being a right-hand man to the Director. We offer support during the much deserved Director vacations, classroom observations to ensure educators are supported and their teachings are on par with current research. We offer trainings and team bonding/ conflict resolution. We support the Director with strategic planning for school processes and procedures. We also offer support with licensing standards such as reviewing files & inspecting the classrooms/ the school etc.
